s2000 Antenna

i hate seeing my Antenna sticks out on my c36..

I don't know if this can be done but here are my suggestions.
My 99 w202 doesn't have an external antenna so maybe you can shave off your antenna and do it like how my car is which the antenna is in the window? That's just what i heard where my antenna is.

ALso, on my friends 00 w202 he has some shit on top of his car. Somewhat of like your ebay page, but much smaller. It's now found on most new mercedes. I don't know how much that's going to cost or even if these choices are a possibility but its better than having that big rubber piece at the end of your car.

I would look into these suggestions b4 you buy that thing on ebay.

on our 99's i believe the antenna is in the bumper... and its a piece of shit! i think i could get better reception with some foil and a coat hanger......

Hey, did you change your headunit to a aftermarket one? My reception sucks too man.

ANd is there anything we can do to make the reception better?

it sucked with stock and aftermarket..i dunno if theres some way to maybe attach a booster to the bumper one ive never really tried anything with it...if anyone knows please post...

Is there any way to take the antenna out now and shave the hole bymyself? Or get some type of sealed plug. I took out the radio and have no need for the antenna...

yep but that will require cutting the roof and a lot of work, i believe MbenzNL has done it. I wouldn't do it, i'd keep it sweet and simple.
