having problems with my ignition

hey everyone
new to the forum so pliz excuse me if this has already been asked, but i have a 95 c280 n im having problems with the keys turning in my ignition. anyone have an idea or had this problem b4. also i dont think my key has a chip in it so i dont think that could be it? pliz help

What is the problem with the key ignition? Are you using the master key? I'm totally confused here.... :confused: :confused:

yeah i got 1 key that both opens the door n also starts the car. i seen in newer models they have the keys that have the chips in em.( looks like a lil swiis army knife type thing) mine looks nuttn like that. just a regular lookn key

sounds like your ignition tumbler is starting to seize up.. you will need a new one. have it looked at now, while you can get the key in and out of the ignition and before you need to be towed to the dealer to have it fixed.. will cost you lots more!!
