Lorinser Body Kit

Can someone help me find a link to a website that sells the lorinser body kit, the one where the front bumper has nonrounded fog lights, also if you could find the price from the back bumper from the kit with the rounded fog lights (It looks better than the one from the non rounded IMO) if someone wants to do a group buy for this lets get something together, they look really sharpe and I think its the best looking bodykit for the w202, let me know what you guys think of the back bumpers as well as the front bumpers, I would like to know what you guys think on which you like best...

Contact CEC, the lorinser dist. they are located in LA somewhere. They recently had a sell on Lorinser kit for our w202 and it was really cheap, i think under 1000 for the whole thing. Call them up and see if they still have.

I have lorinser sportline front and back bumper ( it is replica) right now. i was plan to install it, due to my car crash..... so never have chance to install it. The bodykit look great and never been paint before and i would like the sell it. I will only accept local buyer cause u guys can come down and check the bodykit. Oh this bodykit only fit 98 and up. it is round fogling one. i living in the Bayarea now ;)

i brought this kit was 2 years ago. it was from LA. yes this kit only fit 98 and up due to bumper change between 97~98, even in real lorinser sportline bumper it still only fit 98-00. you can come down to my house and see this bodykit in person.

First of all, I love the lorinser body kit. And I also live and work in the So Cal - Irvine area.

Any information on options for lorinser kits and where to buy would be greatly appreciated!

I don't know where i get it cause this is my friend who already went back to Taiwan found it for me ( i think it is down to LA). he told me the bodykit which i have is display back then, so this lorinser bodykit quality and everything is way much better than those which it sell in the ebay etc. i kept it for nearly 2 years, cause i real like this bodykit. it was my dream bodykit since i have W202. btw i will try to sell local only due to i don't have pics yet and also i want whoever want to buy it come to see this good & quality bodykit in person....

this kit is really nice I think (round lights). I don't like the gills in the skirts on the other ones. I have a dealership, I could possibly hook alot of deals up with good prices on anything. Has to be in bulk though....

I really have no idea what this stuff costs. I haven't even looked into it at all. All I'm saying is that if a bunch of people were interested I could make some calls and probably get us a good deal. I have a little used car dealer with a shop so I'm sure I can order the stuff at cost from a distributer/wholesaler whatever. I would need all you guys to help. I would just be the one getting the deal and placing the order. If anyone knows a good company to get the kits from I will call and work something out...let me know....

I spoke with CEC about the lorinser kits. Here is the price they quoted for the Sportline kit (the round eyes)

$1600 - front bumper

$1500 - rear bumper

$1000 - for side skirts (pair)

fogs - extra

50% down required. Kit takes 3-4 wks to get in.

Ask for Jason at CEC if interested

That's not a group buy quote. That's for single kit purchase.

Yes they are very expensive, considering I got a quote for the complete Wald for $1450 and if I get 5 people, than less than $1450.

But then again - it is lorinser...and then again....we don't live in Europe so we pay the $$$$ in premium.


But keep in mind to, the Brabus kit is not a complete bumper, but just lips and bumper cover.

if you live in the US, it doesn't matter who you buy from - they all have to go through CEC Wheels in So. Cal - since they are the sole distributors for lorinser in N. America.

CEC will special order the sport line kits piece by piece:

front $1500
rear $1500
sides $800 a piece

if you have a wholesalers license, typically its about 30% cheaper, but donno about this case, since they are special ordering.

Shipment time = 3-4 wks to CEC's LA office

you're best bet is to find someone with the kit already, find a group of buyers and make a mold and make replicas

i would say don't waste time trying to get the real kit, its not worth paying 4Gs + painting and install for a car now that is 5+ years old.

find some who'll let you make a mold of their kits .. maybe talk to 714guy, he's making a mold of a brabus kit for a replica group buy on the forum.

those are my only suggestions -- sorry, don't know where they make good replica kits

well if you are keeping this car for a while, this is very ncie and could be worth it, I mean w202's have the ability to have almost anything done to them, even more so than any other benz out now, I mean you would be hard pressed to find a full range of mods for sl65 amg, but you can do engine swaps on w202's for mroe power, endless amounts of body kits and a slew of other items, so is it worth it... if you want to keep the car for a while I'd say yes, if you are just waiting to get a new benz...fuck it, but I am still in the buy for the real deal also, slaccessories.com sells this kit for cheaper than cec wheels, imma give them a call tomorrow to find out info on group buys, and i'll let you know how it goes...
