MB Coolant in other cars?

Just a question that popped in my head.

Would it be bad to put MB coolant in like a honda civic or any other car?

go for it. the mercedes coolant (clear/yellow) is non corosive. it will be better than green coolant. i ran it in a honda for about 2 yaears with no problems.

Ok but new Mercedes coolant is not clear/yellow it's blue.

I've just changed the coolant and old coolant (probably never changed since 1998:( ) was clear/yellow.

Seems me that all new MB came with blue coolant.

Besides, blue is glicole-ethilene type, I'm wondering if clear/yellow are same type and they are compatible.??
