ecu problem? car wont start?

i put the ecu back in my car today because i had shipped it out to power chip to chip it and now my car wont start!:( its just cranks so i took out the battery thinking that that might be the problem but nothing. it does the say thing just cranks. what can be the problem?:(

Make sure everything is connected securely....it could be a loose connection between the wiring harness to the ECU.

I didn't have any problem after putting powerchip on my car (I did it twice.....)..

i did it over and over i never had a problem before, now this. i think they screwd up my ecu? maybe they have to put it on a computer and do some thing with the ecu? i dont know:( it just cranks i took out the battery again and nothing!

I have this same problem when I install a powerchip. Let me know if you find out anything.

fed ex banged up the box when they shiped it to my house so i called up power chip and i told them and they told me to mail it back, and they fixed it!:)
