View Full Version : labor costs...
so i went to a shop to get my car checked out..
(prices are LABOR ONLY)
both engine mounts - $120
both sides ball joints - $150
both sides control arm bushings - $150
does this sound good? $300 for labor on the bushings and ball joints seems kinda steep...i could be wrong? let me know

That sound reasonable. ;) I paid $1200 for alignment, ball joint, tie rod end and other bushing.

Is that Stealership or Indy shop?
this is a highschool classmates dad's shop.. specializes in german cars (bmw volvo mercedes) 90% of the cars in the lot were MBs.
just did a search on motor mounts and i found that 714guy did it himself pretty easily. i guess ill do the engine mounts myself and save a buck 20. is there any other parts websites besides importec.com?
