et means offset. off set too low the wheel will stick out. off set too high wheel will be too in
that is why u see wheels for specific cars such as S class or the c class

Big difference TPliquid, Carlssons are made exclusively for Mercedes only, OZ 's have all kinds of fitments for all kinds of cars

I dont think you can say that OZs are Carlssons or vice versa.

I stand corrected. Did not realize the OZ/carlsson co-op

I just see those wheels in a lot of other makes and wouldnt have thought that they would be or use to be a carlsson design

I think it was on mbworld when I first posted a picture of my car with my 1/16 someone told me to get some real mb wheels as my wheels are ricer/hondish wheels.

I responded back with I didnt know Calrssons werent really mb wheels.

Jack I'll still buy your wheels (always can use a spare set) but it will have to be in early 05 so I'll email you then to see if you have them.

I had the exact same carlssons but they had a black "carlsson rs" printed around the carlsson center cap

I really dont know, saw an ad at our local paper ,18's staggered with et23 , could have been a misprint, may have to call the indy to verify. But if it is a staggered set wouldnt the offset be different as well for compensation?

Not necessarily....since the rear always has more room for wider setup than the front.

I never seen Monoblock with ET23.

I have seen AMG SL-2 with ET23
I have seen Other AMG wheels with offset 23.

I do know that the pic would not mean anything, but I got it from the horses(seller) mouth and did a search on my own just as well; Found amg monos on the wheel exchange web which did indicate an offset of et23. I was hoping that the link I attached would take you directly to the wheel specs, because it clearly states monos at et23. Mind you I believe you guys.

LEt me clarify there only certain model of AMG wheels have ET23 and Et25.. which for SL (R129) application. (AMG SL 1 picec, AMG Sl2 pc model).

however there no AMG Monolblok II (just like pictured) has ET23.

AMG Monoblok II only come in these sizes
17x7.5 ET 35
17x8.5 ET30
18x8 ET31
18x9 ET35
18x8.5 ET44 (it is originally for W140 class application but can also fir W202 with 10mm spacers).

Oh I forgot also. they came in 19's as well
19x8.5 ET46 (I forgot the exact offset but either 44 or 46)
19x9.5 ET46 (I forgot the exact offset but either 44 or 46)

If someone offer AMG Monolok II model different than the above spec then its not a genuine AMG...
