Battery Install

Need some help on battery installation!! I'm thinking about installing a new battery (Actually I bought the battery already from the dealer) myself but just want to make sure it will not screw up the car other than re-entering the radio code..

Depending on year you may have to reprogram your windows also it may take a few miles for the tranny to relearn the shift points of your driving style.

Other than that youre good to go.

I've search thru other forums, some says need steering reprogramming (ESP), CD Changer (Fiber Optic) and sunroof
re-programming. Is it true?? Haven't install the battery yet.
Any comments are welcome...

I have a 2000 C230K as well. I have disconnected the battery a few times when I was installing the sound system and the HIDs. The things I had to reprogrammed were the radio settings and the clock.
