Hello
Can I use AMG wheels with ET 42 on a W202 model -99
It is the style II wheels 7,5X17

I have a 202 C 230 Kompr. and I can get a good deal on a set of wheels.
But the ET is 42, it is for the W 124 i think.
ET is 35 for the 202 type.

But I think it will not make any difference or do it?
Anyone have ET 42 on a 202 type? Or it wiwll not fit.
Thank you
Thomas

WRONG SECTION

Yes an offset of 42mm will fit, but you might have problems fitting on the center cap of the wheels, the wheels will look tucked in towards the car to much, and you might also rub the spindle nut of the upper control arm in the front.

I would try it out and drive around the block if possible. just to make sure, if not you can always use spacers.

I thought the style 2 amg wheels would fit no problem... isnt that the one off the c43?

I had 42's on the front of my c280 and didn't have any problems with rubbing and fittment but I did notice some weird wearing of the tires.
