I've used the S0-2 and the S0-3s and absolutely love them.

I've driven a car with pilots and they were good too, but I thought the S0-3 had better overall grip. But maybe the trade-off is more wear on the S0-3s.

SP9000s i've never tried, but I know some people who love them. What they may not have in sheer grip in the dry I hear they make up for in wet weather. They do appear to have a more aggressive wet tread pattern.

I'd recommend S0-3s in this comparison.

What type of tires are on there right now? Are they the Kumho's? Cause I have noticed that the Kumho's are a very loud tire. It took me forever to figure out what the humming noise was when I was driving and I finally figured out that it was the tire design. Although, I have heard only good things about the kumho's, so maybe those are something to check out if you don't have them.

I'm also in the market for some new tires. So feed backs on these tires will be appreciated. My decision will be based on tread wear, stand and noise is a big factor. ;) :) I'm considering Falken 451. ;) :)

As you know Jun, I had the Falkens before. I really loved them. Excellent grip...shoot, I think they even had more grip than these p-zeros i'm using now :(

I think they have alright wet weather performance too. I really like the falkens I had...but damn they burned out after 17,000 mi!!!

I would go S-03's. Excellent grip, traction, and tread wear...

But the best thing I like is their wet traction.... top notch.

Man maybe you drift too much.... :p :D ;) :) and for your p-zeros for me not a chance. I had them before when I first got my Mono II and the p-zeros gave me my first expereinced on fish tailing coming from a full stop.   :bored:

i've not tried the p-zeros in the rain yet, but on dry they are ok. But the falkens were really sticky. Not even a comparison to the p-zeros. only reason i have the zeros is because they came with the rims...but they aren't too bad. just not great.

Hi,just fitted 205 55 16 NOKIAN to my C180.Previous tyres were P6000.The Nokian are just as good as the P6000's and at aprox 35% cheaper, great value v performance.Nokian are manufactured in Finland and are tested under their harsh conditions.Well worth considering(If you can get them).

Hi Merconian, I don't think we have nokian car tires here in the US, or at least i have not seen them. But i've used their mountain bike tires and must say they are grrrrrreeeaat!!!! :)

Hi,that's a pity, the Nokian work out at $70 each, compared to $125 each for the Pirelli P6000,first thing you notice about the Nokian is how quiet they run.Nokian have scored very well on the German tyre tests also.Maybe the shipping/taxes of selling them to you guys would make them too expensive??.
