Need help changing door speaK

I NEED HELP CHANGING MY DOOR SPEAKERS, AND HOW TO DO IT?
PLEASE HELP IF YOU DID THIS BEFORE.....

Take of the screen there is one screw on the bottom to take it off, then you take of the screws holding the speaker and unplug it, then plug in the new one screw it back on. screw the screen back on

So do you need wire harness to install new spearkers, and if so where do u buy them from. In other words, plug and play
