rear turn light problem

my left 1157 light is a lot dimmer than the right... swap the bulbs left right and even got my oem bulb back in... still no result...
Anybody got this problem before?

Think it's time for me to change the bulb plate?

it could be a possibility its the bulb holder for the tail lamp.. possibly wiring.
even switching bulbs from side to side came up with the same result as before.. seems to me there is some sort of high resistance issues.. check out the bulb sockets for burn marks.. and check out the bulb holder for problems in the griding for power flow to each light bulb.
