installed traffic pro, but now CDs don't play properly

So I installed the Harman Kardon Traffic Pro. Followed directions and the previous threads from bobcat, and detriot202. However when I play CDs the sound/music only comes out of the right (passenger) side. Anyone have any idea why this is? Radio plays fine. Im stumpt. BTW it was in stalled into a C43 with the bose system. Mebe its the bose amp that's screwing it up?

called Harman Kardon up and talked to the tech guy. Came to the conclusion that it was a bad head unit. Gotta send it back to get repaired..... I knew it was too good to be true. Oh well, I just have to use the stock deck for another week

where did you get yours?

really that sounds like an odd problem? you already sent it back? i think that you can set the bass, treble, fader and balance seperate for each input..so under CD the balance might have been off..
