Hi guys,Ive seen many a quote on how much your suspension has been dropped or lowered and what spring pads you have whilst browsing,Over on mbclub we did a check to see how much difference in ride height our cars were running and mine turned out to be lower than most ,What im asking is, if anyone has got similar ride heights and do you know what springs you have got as I would like to know what springs I have got as they were fitted when I bought the car. Thanks :D

if your springs are aftermarket, they're likely to have mfg markings on them. Also, if your ride height seems to be lower than everyone elses, and you don't have any outside reasons for it (heavy sub box, shocks, pad differences not taken into account etc.), your springs could have been cut by a previous owner.
However, if your springs are stock/modified stock, all you may have are a pair of paint swatches. You could make a note of the colors as a point of comparison, but I don't know of anyone with an info database as to what the swatches mean.
Good luck with the detective work
