i have h&r's. ppl say they r the stiffest but my ca'rs pretty smooth. love the handling. i went to a 205, 55 15" tire from the 195 65 15's. my shocks are worn tho. but bilstien has the best shocks

Springs: H&R, Eibach, Vogtland, Brabus, B+G... and prolly more. As for which spring is best, good luck. Ive found that every memeber has there personal favorites. I think its safe to say that Eibach are the softest but do not lower the car as much as the others, and H&R's are the stiffest and lowest drop. I read every post i could find on the topic, and I chose the Vogtland springs. Cant tell you personally how the ryde cuz they havnt arrived yet. They are all good springs you just gotta choose.

Shocks: Bilstien and Koni... Koni's are adjustable but cost a lil more.

thanks for the info.. im not really thinking about lowering the car to much since i live in Ohio the roads arent to good.. with all the speed bumps and crap like winter.. im probably going to check out eibach.. thinking about lowering about an 1" to and 1.5" then puting it up on some 17's AMG wheels.. I'll have to see..
