After 2 months of reading on here and searching else where I have come to a conclusion on what I want to do this summer.

Koni Adj. Sport Shocks

H&R Sport Springs

17x7.5 AMG 5-spoke 203 (Front)

225/45WR17 Kumho ECSTA Supra 712
Blackwall (Front)

17x8.5 AMG 5-Spoke 203 (Rear)

245/40WR17 Kumho ECSTA Supra 712
Blackwall (Rear)

All this will be going on a 1995 C280 with 40,000k for about $2,500 not including installation.

What is a ballpark estimate of installation?

Does anyone have any suggestions or info please share.

I would say do the shocks yourself, as well as possibly the springs depending on how much time you want to put into it. I've heard prices as low as $150 for springs, and I personally recieved a quote for $750 from an "import service haus" (they tried to tell me it'd be an 8 hour job, I laughed). Call around to your local shops to get quotes.

There's plenty of info in previous posts on installation of springs/shocks. Searching should answer most any questions you have.

installing the suspension yourself.. I recomend that you have experiance.. it can be difficult.. but I think a decent price for shock and spring install is around 200bux..

i had my suspension installed by SS Tunning (Scott and Susano). 200 for springs and shock, but dont expect your local shops to charge that unless you know someone there. Most shops in my area wanted around 500. Could be cheaper in other areas though.

why are you putting a 245 tire on a 17x7.5 rim?

get 17x7.5 front with 225/45/17

and 17x8.5 rear with 245/40/18

if you get 17x7.5 all around u may as well just go with 225 all around, so you can get ur tires rotated.

I made a typo I am getting 17x8.5 on the rear with 245s and 17x7.5 with 225s on the front.
