Hi Guys,

My shift lever suddenly became rough and much louder than what is was. Should this be related to the known shift linkage bushing at the tranny or something inside the shift lever mechanism?

Oil filler neck: I found a tab on the bottom facing the front of the engine that is supposed to be pulled to turn the oil filler neck to take it out. I just don't want to break it. In what direction should I move the tab to loose it up?

If the bushing has gone on your shifter linkage.. then it will feel loose or sloppy when moving from say park to drive or reverse..

for your oil filler neck.. can you take apic of what your talking about?
