Sure man...

here is the diagram:

The black clip/lever need to be adjust to about the middle:

Alps you could always insert it back

the trick is not so much turning the small black lever..

the purpose is to make sure it goes out (by moving it about 15 deg from the position it actually will make it stick out a little bit)

When it stick out, the headrest feet will be free (see the grove on the head-rest feet)
These grove are held into the BASE BY THIS LITTLE BLACK LEVER

Thanks for the help everybody i got them out. That was the hardest thing i've ever done on my car.

well are some pics of thingie majigie.

the thing it self
http://www.caoinc.net/pics/headrest_1.jpg

a side profile of the clips that holds the head rest bar in that black pastic leverhas to be flipped perpendicular like the next picture
http://www.caoinc.net/pics/headrest_2.jpg

the black thing has to be pushed fowarded which brings that metal clip up and releases the headrest bar which has a notch in it that matal clip falls into
http://www.caoinc.net/pics/headrest_3.jpg

Sure it looks easy since i have the whole assembly out but it was the HARDEST Thing i've done on the car so far. I wasn't able to do it the way i described above, so i took that little rubber piece off (slides down), then poped out the metal clip then was able to remove the head rest.

thats about it with the head rest removal.
