Sunroof problem please help

the driver side of my sunroof's flap that covers up the mechanics broke, a large wire came out and the fabric got all messed up, any ideas on fixing it, or has this happened to anyone else here? This is on my 1995 C280

Yes this also happened to me. That cable wire came popping out. I brought it to the stealership to fix. I must of slammed that headliner too hard too many times!

how much did they charge per side?

Again..I got it covered under the warranty before it ran out. I didn't ask them. I was just happy I got it fixed. wait..I could check the invoice and see if they put a price on it. Let me get back to u
