whats inside rear door panel....

ok ill keep this short and simple.

i have a big dent in the rear passenger side door, lower half

i hit a concrete poll while trying to turn to get to an atm

yeah im dumb

plunger wont pop it out

pop a dent dose not work either

no creases and the paint is good.

im thinking take out the interior panel and pushing it out from the inside

can i do it... is it worth taking the panel off or is anything in the way under the panel and not worth it..

Other than the mechanics of the window and various wires nothing really back there.

Their is a metal bar that goes across the door, a few inches above the bottem of the door. I have a pic I can show you, but I need an email or aol aim to show you.

ok i opened the door up last month..i popped the dent back into place with my hand but it keeps popping back.. sounds pretty simple eh? i know nothing about body work... any suggestions ?
