Where can I find a wing like this?

I've seen it on one member's car, and I emailed him to ask what it was, but didn't get any response.

Unless you can sneak into JRE320's garage, and ply his 'extremely rare' wing off the trunk, repaint it, install it onto yours and wait a few weeks til you post the pict on the forum, you are out of luck.

A few of us tried to locate the same lip for awhile a couple years back, it's been discontinued.

That wing he's showing is not the same as JRE's. You can find that m3 lip style at a lot of places, just doesn't have the 3rd brake light like jre has. Try ebay for that spoiler you want.

As for JRE's lip spoiler, I can get em brand new. JRE said that they were made from Schaetz (spelling) but the one's I found aren't made from them, but look exactly alike and made from the same materials. Schaetz won't produce anymore. The one I found is also more expensive than what Schaetz was selling them for.

I bought one of the 'lip' from ebay. I am not willing to double tape anything to my trunk.

During my trip in Germany a couple months ago, I got to speak to a couple companies that sold a lot of products for w202. I found one shop that told me they can sell me the Schaetz wing, but it isn't Schaetz. I didn't get to see the actuall wing in person, but i did see a picture of it, and looks exactly like JRE's. I actually have to see how JRE's was installed and how it lays over the trunk to see if its 100 percent EXACT. So if you can send some upclose pics of your wing JRE please do so i can compare from what i remember.
I still have the number to contact him and his email address but i remember this wing was so expensive i did not even want to buy it. To me it was very expensive because the price is in Euro's and the US dollar is shit compared to the Euro back then. Probably still is. But if you are really interested in buying this wing, email me and i should have the price by tonight.
Also, I am unsure about the updated trunk models since the updated trunk models have their own little lip as it is. I told him what kind of car i had (99 c230) and he said it will fit. I didn't know about the updated trunk till after i came back. People say that any lip spoiler will not fit on updated trunks, So i don't know if he know's what he's talking about or if he just wanted to make some quick cash.

I bought one from ebay also, and it was ok, but wasn't really what I was looking for.

hey K Swiss i think wha you mean is Schatz..they have the best stuff for W202 such as Exhaust tip, Steering Wheels, Grill, Trunk Lip...but i believe that they don't make it anymore...anyway, rather than buying something from Germany, i rather ask my friend to make me trunk spoiler lip made from PU not Fiber Glass or buying something from Ebay..i'll get you a picture of my trunk lip when they are ready

I actually don't like how that wing has a big curve on the bottom. Like almost nothing else on the car has any curves like that, so it doesn't really seem to flow.

I think unless i can find one like JRE's I'd rather have no wing at all.

Are we talking about the "Lip Spoiler" here? How much is it? I just bought one from an ebayer in N. Hollywood.....he told me they only have the wing instead of the lip spoiler after I went there for the 2nd time couple days ago.....but my friend told me the wing is actually outdated than the lip spoiler....

I live in Pasadena & I will return the one I just got 2 days ago....if we can get this nice lip soiler~

Id much rather prefer the Schatz style one... or one like the Zender spoiler. but cant find one anywhere.
