Anybody know where I can get the engine cover for a 1999 c43.... where the "AMG" and mercedes emblem is when you open up the hood...

I broke the front latch when I am trying to access the airbox and it is making too much noise in the road. :(

It's P/N is 113 010 05 67

Around $100 at the dealer.

Hey Martin, whats the p/n for the other engine cover (62)? Also, what other parts go along with the cover?

Yeah, it does look like a V6 cover, but I couldn't figure out which model that belongs to, therefore, I couldn't figure out a part number. That's just the way the software works.

Well I can always take the emblem from my broken cover and replace it.. but how do I even take mine out in the first place and what type of adhesive to use on that?

Anyway, how much are you willing to let it go?

Not too sure how to secure the star, but I am guessing any type of high temp resistant glue would work. Regarding price, make me an offer.

Well.... How pristine is it?
I am not sure how to rate these things but for me anything used is about 50% the original price... So give me an offer?

Anyway out of curiousity, why are you not using the cover anymore?

From my recollection, it's in really good shape. Only problem was that the Star fell off. All clips are in tact, no scratches.

I was able to find another on ebay. How does 40+ shipping sound? I'll check to see what shipping costs are.

Dont they have a similar cover for the CLK55 or E55? What about the CLK/E 430? Those are like #62 (but do not say AMG).
