1999 c280 sport tune up

Ok, I just got my car at the end of oct 2004. I am not sure wheather the privous owner has done a tune up. But I want to do a full tune up. I need help as I don't know what is best for my car. Plugs, wires etc. Can some help me? also where to get the parts.

tune-up usually includes spark plugs, ignition wires if the mileage is high and you never replaced them, fuel filter, air filter, oil flush and change w/filter, transmission flush and fluid change w/filter, coolant flush, replace brake fluid and bleed system, replace diff fluid if the mileage is over 60k, cabin filter.
also I would check the running belt for cracks and tears, replace if worn.
