Just installed my new system setup, take a look

3 JL audio 10w6v2's with a mtx 81000d amp and a 1 digital farad cap just installed. paid a pretty penny for this all, but looks and sounds great. tell me what u guys think

what are those two red things on each side of the upper trunk, and more importantly why doesn't my car have those? are they lights?

Those red things are to fold down the rear seats.
Where are the amps? Spare tire?

The red things are stickers that go over a handle you can pull which can allow the rear seats to drop, very cool. I think its called 60/40 rear seats? Is the box sealed? How do you like it?

box is sealed, the amp is on the back of my seat with the cap

which part looks crooked??? the last sub was turned a lil too much when mounted so the w6 emblem doesnt align centered, but thats the only thing that is off

Just as suggestion, W6V2 is not that deep. When I had my IDMAX, I was able to access the spares:

My setup was 3-10w0's ported (bigger box) and I could JUST squeese the spare out.... well I couldnt get to the nice green relay in pnsji's pic front right of the tire who knows what it is, or has a spre like I do... lesson learned from my 190 days...(hint: when it dies in ur 190 u bridge 30-87 with a paperclip till u buy another)

Most I ever had in the car was 3 15" PG TIs in a sealed 1.5cuft box each at the perfect freq.

The largest single box was a 4.5cuft box tuned to 29hz. Talk about getting loooowwww.

I have heard both many times. I would never spend that much on a sub when I can spend much much less and get the same. I belive you are paying for a brand name, and I have proof that their are tons of better subs for less price.

no need to bash other brands. I heard both W7, W6v2, and many others.
In my personal opinion, W7 was a little bit too boomy. W6V2 is better imho.
However, even W6v2 is still too boomy for my taste. Again, depending on your taste of music, you might like or dislike JL Audio products.

I know own a Diamon Audio car.... I kinda like it kinda hate it... I was the first in south florida one of the first in the country to use it... they know... I have Hex 3-ways in the front doors hex 2 way on the rear hat and 1 TDX 15 glassed on drivers side... w/a eclipse 8v head...

From this picture it looks crooked. the driverside is deeper in then the passenger side. It could be the picture thou.

WE ALL HAVE IT... its your fuel pump relay, classic 190e problem, so they made it ultra simple now right. the benz gods thought it would be funny to mess with a 190 lover, and made mine go bad. So I had to spend 3 hours taking the system out to change it :(

I agree... I don't think it's the pic because if you line it up with the taillight, you can tell it's off...
