Sway bar mount

So I went to get my wheels mounted, balanced and then an alingment when I found out my sway bar mount was broken (only 1)

This is a three part question:
How safe is it to drive with one mount broken?

Whats the mount called? After several days of looking I still haven't been able to figure it out.

In oder to fix the mount are they going to have to take the whole swar out?

driving with a defective front sway bar is dangerous if you do alot of cornering at higher speeds. I would say get it fixed as soon as possible.
