overhead console sunroof n/a

I have been searching the forum to no avail.

On my US spec 1998 C230, the overhead console lights, sunroof and visor vanity lights are not working.

These all quit at once.

Visually checked fuses and they seem O.K. will replace them as sson as I get new fuses.

Bulbs in console seem O.K. but I will change them also.

Anyone experience this problem?

after some three days and a few dozen starts of the car the problem went away.

let me add that while the sunroof and console weren't working the key remote was acting sluggish

That is strange!

Well, I was gonna suggest getting an inexpensive fuse tester which allows you to test the fuses without removing them, because sometimes it's hard to tell if a fuse is bad....but if the problem fixed itself....
