low fuel light on, how much gas left?

Hi guys, I searched for this topic, but i couldn't find an exact discussion.
Sorry for asking a dumb question, but I want to know how much gas is left, once the low fuel warning lights up.

I believe it's 2 gallons.

Thanks. I will check my manual when I get home.
I asked this because on my way to work, the low fuel warning light came on, and just wanted to have an idea how far I can go to get gas.

Incidentally, where in the manual did you find these specs?
I remember reading through the manual before and I couldn't find this.

I believe it's on the section about the indicator light.

according to the manual included with the car


"approx 2.1 gallons"

dont run it that low cause all the grime, and rusty shit from the bottom of the tank can get into the lines..
