I am going to buy some springs soon along with some 18' wheels(18x8 offset +23mm & +38mm) to my 96' c280 and i need someones input on whether i should buy h&r sport,eibach or vogtland springs. I want a nice drop all around without modifying my fender or having rubbing issues. I drive 70% highway and 30% city and i would also like better handling without sacraficing ride quality that much. Also would i have to change my spring pads? As far as shocks, i will be running on the stock shocks for a year or two. Please chime in with opinions and or pictures.

im using H&r springs with 18x8.5 front with #1 pads and 18x10 rear with stock pads because my system is quite heavy =\...no rub...but i do recommend getting shocks because there is to much bounce and it hits my rear wheels =\...
