For those who didn't read the Kleemann Woes thread, I initially purchased an incompatible pulley kit for my C230k. This time I wanted to double check with you all that I'm getting the right thing.
My car is a 2000 model, produced in Dec. 1999. It has touch shift, the stubby antenna on the roof, and all the other 2000-year giveaways. It looks as though I need ASP Racing pulley model no. ASP331320. Now my main question is, since I have a 2000 model, do I need the AFM relocation kit? Furthermore, is an AFPR unit absolutely necessary, or can I safely dyno it as-is and use an Upsolute reprogram?

I have the same car as you with the ASP pulley
As I told you, if you give me your part number I am willing to trade.
For any kit, you need to relocate the MAS and either change the FPR or have a chip.

I found out that my pulley kit was W203 only, and have since sold it to a W203 owner. Sorry for the confusion (and certainly answers a lot of questions).
From what I've read, I've seen that 2000 model W202's have a different mass air sensor location. Am I wrong?

for my complete install check out this link:

the dyno numbers are low (I will re-dyno on a roller dyno in a couple of weeks), but the gain is pretty good!
I really suggest you to contact Linh, the kit comes with the plugs, FPR, relocation tube for the MAS, belt, etc.
edit: I see that the pictures aren't showing up, I still have the word file with all pictures in it. It's 3.3MB if your email can take it!

It's extremely easy to relocate your airmass. I got 30 degree silicon elbow along with 90 degree polished aluminum tubings to do mine.

Wow my engine bay looks completely different from that. My radiator expansion tank is where your windshield washer fluid reservoir is, my a/c reservoir (?) is where your battery is, and my battery is in the trunk.
