I've been bored lately (summer time, no job yet..), so here's another How to. Replacing the cabin air filter is really easy itself, but even easier with Pictures!

Do you notice a diffrence after changing each of the filters. I was considering changing my cabin filter because of low price and easy change, but dont know how it would effect the cars air. Let us know. Also, where did you get the parts, prices, links, ect. Thanks

if you dont change it your blower motor can die and you can also get the black lung disease ;)

After changing the filter for the first time, the improvement was very significant. It blew so much better, heated up faster in winter and cooled faster in the summer.

The filter can be obtained at the dealership for around $35 I believe.
You can also get it online at places like http://www.importec.com for around $25-30

The part number for the filter is: 210 830 08 18

its good to every once and a while take it apart and clean all the sand and dirt out of the blower motor, helps prolong the life.

sills are easy, you just hook up to the switches that are by the door, find a 12 volt source i use the rear light in the trunk make shure you tap on the hot side.
