hey if you dont have the money for a big brake kit and all your going for is the look, i think its a good idea

dont have enough money to get an acuall big brake kit but have enough money to THROW AWAY on stupid "imitation" stickers!

In my opinion, big brake kits often amount to cosmetic upgrades, because very few people actually need better heat dissipation than what the stock setup provides. This, by the way, is the true benefit of big brakes, contrary to the popular belief that they decrease stopping distance. If you can lock the wheels or engage ABS when braking hard, your tires are the limiting factor for your stopping distance--not your brakes.

I'm not sure I'd buy these covers, but if they don't interfere with the operation of the stock brakes, for many folks they make a good alternative to a full kit. Personally, I trust my stock brakes more than I would aftermarket ones.

As far as painting is concerned, if you like the look, this sounds like a good option too. But please think it over. ;)

meh. i just painted mine. not bad though
