I have a problem starting the car when it is cold. Every morning it starts, but feels like it is running on one cylinder, very rough, but runs normal after a few seconds and no engine light. I did check the air filter and cleaned the throttle body, but the problem did not go away. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
Thanks,

don't nobody like to wake up on a cold start!
haha, sparkplugs getting old maybe? most likely something to do with injectors or sparkplugs. i know of a few 328i's that have that prob. never figured it out

id say sparkplugs too.. most people over look such simple things to fix..
how many miles are on the car? double check the ignition coils wires too..

Thanks for the replies. The plugs were recently changed and have less then 10k of use. I did check the wires and the coils and everything looks good. I’m not sure if my problem could be caused by the fuel pressure regulator or something else in the fuel system. I might need to the get the injectors cleaned.
