idiot hit my car.
do you guys think this can be removed with PDR? its over the crease at the top of the door.
it looks worse in person

If there is a crease in the paint ding, it will be hard to remove it without repainting it.

PDR can remove the dent....but you will have to find someone who is an expert at the craft. There is a guy in the SF Bay Area that does wonders and took out a much larger and more difficult dent.

Give the PDR guy a shot.
Friend of mine recently had 2 dents removed.
I looked for 15 minutes trying to find the repaired spot ( I have a pretty good eye for these things ), and could NOT find the repairs.
