Need help to disassemble my Antenna (Hirshman)

I have disassembled it once, but I was never able to disassemble the antenna into the separete pieces. II was told by mbnz (Steve) that the pieces could be bought seperatly, but how the heck do I seperate them?
It seems like one have to take off the knob on the top, but it seems to sit to tight (don't wanna break it)
Since a whole new antenna costs about 150£, I want to save some bucks by switch the bad pieces.

Captain,

If you know what section needs to be replace go and purchase it so you can see how it is held together. It may give you clues on how to take apart the broken one.
