Can we start a thread that will list the manufacturer and LINK of every W202 kit to date? and PICS!


Say for instance Lorinser Sportline Kit from Carshine.com.au, etc, etc, the W202 Wald kit, the Reiger kit. etc.


This way for us cats without body kits we can decide without the brain damage of not knowing what is what..

The only "bodykits" I had on my own car:
1993-1997 standard bumpers
1997-2000 updated "sport" bumpers and skirts
C36 AMG bumpers and skirts
...and soon to be...bumpers and skirts

Let me reitterate. I wasn't wanting to start a thread saying "hey everyone list your body mods.." I am just asking if we can gather a collection of "body kit options" for future purchases on
all body kits available for the 202?

I know there has got to be like a dozen others, I just don't know what others are out there and where to get them. And with each manufacturer there are probably different series and such for different years of 202's.

I would love to see all these kits in one thread so I, and others, can see what they like best and be able to do A/B comparisons.

However, please keep in mind some of the bodykits listed are no longer in production :(

So if you see a kit you like and its for sale I suggest you pick it up because our cars arent exactly the new hottness curse those new cars!!! :bandit:

I'd take a rieger kit, esp for the rear bumper.

and maybe the Goeckel lip instead of the rieger, to be different:)

I really like the rear blend they have from the under taillight to bumper area. plus their rear wing is nice!

I know...I was just starting with the range of kits I had on my own car...I don't know much about kits besides whatever is offered OEM from MB and/or AMG...

call me gay but the only two "I" can get a nut over is
the Wald and the Erebuni (2nd kit) out of all of them.
I am just a minimal clean lines advocate. Everything looks
so busy to me, personally.

I wonder how much the Wald kit is? and if it's even availabe
anymore..?

I can't believe the Erebuni kit is only $850, fk. And I know
that NOPI carries Erebuni or can be ordered and their
prices are like 20% even off that price. Wow.

So as a result I did call Erebuni on the west coast and
the cat that answered the phone basically said that their
kits are of high quality and several manufactures make
all their kits, and it's not specific to just one. Then he proceeded
to say that some of the kits are made in the same factory
as the Lorinsor and Carlsson, blah blah blah. I don't know
if I buy that part of his shpeal though. But in any case, I think if
it fit right and it was tight looking, I would go for it.
Also, the guy said on the phone that he had no pictures
or literature to give me, all that was available was what
was on the website. I thought that was kinda gay.
Atleast Carlsson sent me a brochure! Anyhow, I am tempted
to order just the ground effects and see how the quality
is and then go from there. As each piece (4 pieces) is available
seperately.

that's a good thing, if you break something you can get parts.

But I think almost all kits can be ordered separately, rieger, amg, etc

Wald kit is around $3000/set last time I checked.
Erebuni is making 'look alike' and replica kits only. All fiberglass..hence the cheap price.

The yellow PSG is really wild. It's hardcore but if someone want's to go the hardcore way it's the best body kit to get!!
