Do you guys use OEM or aftermarket coolant when flushing your radiator?
Is replacing the thermostat necessary ?
Thanks!

Im using Zerex G05 same as Mercedes Benz coolant. You can buy it a Pepboys or Kragen. I think its a good idea to change it while the coolant is out, but you dont have too.

I use water to flush the radiator.

A thermostat is 20 bucks and is worth changing each time.

Is Zerex G05 specially made for aluminum radiator?
Any other aftermarket brands I can buy in case they don't have the Zerex GO5?

just about every antifreeze these days is Al safe. I use prestone on all customer's cars, but I dont use any antifreeze in any of my cars, just water and purple ice/water wetter/other coolant treatment.
