rear headrest and bass

i am looking for input, actualy more of peoples experiances...

i got my little 12 in sub instaled and now when i crank it up my back dash rattles... i removed the first aid kit ect dynomat blah blah blah... but my real questions is headrests up or down...

i have them down and it seems that they rattle when the bass hits...now my delma is when i have them up i cant see shizzle.... suggestions? comments?

when i say the headrests rattle, i mean b/c they are not secured down they just bounce on the back dash...

i would post a poll but im still a nub...

and I also dymanat the metal part, it does not matter either headrest up or down, no rattles.
