Hello Everyone:

Before I continue, I will like to say thank you for all your help. Now I have another problem with my w202. The AC sometimes it goes on and then it stop. It seem like there is a loose wire somewhere. If it is on and I am driving once I hit a bumb it will stop. That is why I think it might be a wire. But someone else mention it could be the Thermostat that it is not opening properly. Any Ideas, or advise will help. Again Thank you for all your help

Zeke

wel actualy i kind a had the same problem with my ac i would start the car the ac would turn on everything ok and let say if i were to drive fast sudenly it would stop cooling but keep blowing air ,if that is youre problem , what i did was replace the ac comand unit (the one in the automatic pic) and every thing worked ok after that. in venesuela we have had many of those cases and at the end turn out to be the ac comand unit ,some connection that connects the ac comand unit with the ac compressor usualy fails. what you could also do is remove the ac unit and check for youre connections in the back to see if they are wel connected , you could also check the ac compressor connection to see if it is loos or something hope this help let me know if you need help removing the ac unit

Hi Luis:

Thanks for the info, I will contact a friend at the dealer and see what he can do for me on the controller. Maybe I could get a good deal.
