So I have been seeing stock Kompressors on ebay and whatnot. How hard would it be to put one on my NA C230? I know I will need brackets and stuff off of a K, what Im worried about is computer issues and whatnot. What all needs to be changed/modified? And, can the stock block even take boost? Reliably? Also, a projected cost for the project would be nice. Thank you for any and all help.

aside from issues dealing with the ecu, i think it would be cheaper if you just bought a 99' or 00' c230 Kompressor.

the stock NA 2.3 block doesnt even have the holes to bolt up the brackets for the supercharger..

Well alright then. Scrap that idea. Thanks. I went to the local MB junkyard, they had a complete supercharged engine, and It got me thinking. Oh well.

I wouldnt scratch the idea! I dont know how good your custom fabrication skills are... (if you are going to be doing this project yourself), (or if u are gunna pay someone to do it)

but I am sure 5lbs of boost will not harm your NON s\c engine.. 5lbs of boost is what the stock c230k runs.
