Hey when ever i startup i get a wrench that hasa number that comes up what does that mean. Is it the service engine in ... kms?

Yes.
Whenever it is reset, it will go to 15 000 km.
What you're seeing is probably the KM remaining until the next service is due, i.e. 300, 400, 500, etc. ;)
