Rough idle but no CEL

After reading previous threads on rough idles and what people do to fix, I felt mine was a bit different.

My car idles and accelerates very rough but no CEL Light. Obviously its on limp mode. Also some threads mention that after shutting it down a few minutes, then start it will reset the limp mode but mine does not do that. I have a new MAS, new spark plugs, air filter and 1 new coil. Could my issue still be based on needing new coils or connectors?

coi, coil ends or a loose coil connection could all be the issue. I would recommend you open the spark plug cover and inspect all the coil ends and coil power connectors.

Thanks Nenad. Just checked all coils and plugs and seems to be fine. The plug wires are brand new. I grabbed the codes from my Altron scanner (per your suggestion to buy). Got error codes PO300, PO302, PO304. I'm sure it has something to do with the coils or connectors since I assume those are misfires.. Just ordered them from Importec.com and should get them in 2 days. But the wierd thing is I get no CEL like what some people observed. I also noticed my gas mileage got worse.

Changed all coils and connector ends last night and runs perfect again.
