Trunk Lip spoiler

Has anyone has one of the M3/M5 style rubber trunk lip spoiler of ebay?? It's onlt $20.00. It says fit W202....do they really fit our car????

there was a member that posted a picture in the gallery and i cant find it anywhere. its a black c43 with the lip spoiler from ebay. they guy said the shop had to do a modification because it would not fit.

I knew it....it sounds to good to be true for something that cheap & will fit like a glove:D
But that what I was looking for though....some little trunk lip spoiler for my car. Oh well...

First, Yes it does / does not fit perfectly on our w202s. Depends on how you want it. If you notice on our rear trunk, there is a small bump just at the rim of the top end.
Those ebay rear spoiler sits nicely just before the bump. Thats real ugly! Not only the small bump will stand out, both ends will not wrap the corners since... the spoilers look something like..

I will recommend the placement of the lip on the bump. Though so, since the bottom part of the lip is flat so the area of adhesion between it and the bump is really small. Heat and bend.
I paid $80 for that + paint. If you are all very interested I will post more pics of it from different angles.

p.s. I am dropping by the shop tmrw, I will try to get more detail from them.

:D Alrighty Then. Well i dont have that lip angle on mine only 98 and up so im clear with that then

Well i just bought one of those M5 style rubber carbon fiber look spoilers off ebay myself.. just got it in the mail yesterday.
Ill post some pics of it tonight if I have a chance.. but its not on my car yet.
I tired test fitting it on my trunk.. it seems to fit best slightly before the trunk bump.. and doesnt look too bad in that spot.. but I may heat it up a lil with a heat gun and mold it more to the shape of the trunk.
