tail light?? to buy or not to buy

i have a white c280 as well. and i vote not to buy. the tail lights are way too busy for the body design of 202 in my opinion. however much chrome accents u got on the car, this would probably be too much. u would probably be better off spending the money on something that u really want. maybe some more chrome pieces??

I'd rather go with the single color ones they sell on ebay, like the solid red or white.

I think these lights are hot on black cars, otherwise I dont like them. I own a white 95 and would like LEDs but I know they wont look good. Gives the car a updated look tho, LEDs are nice. The rice ones are a no-no.

I tinted the red part with VHT's nightshade.

I came across some pic of white colored latest C, E, and CLK on various places that had the red part tinted grey. I think they used tamiya product instead of VHT.

if you are looking for a smoked tail light, i think after 1995 they started putting smoked tail lights stock on the w202. i know my 99 c280 has em. look around on the net or ebay to find em..
