Yes you can and that will give you a 1.25 drop. You can go pad# 1 or 2 all around.

Auto Plus in Daly City. Tell them Jun referred you so they would give you a deal on parts & labor. Let me know if you think they're not giving you one and I'll twist some arms and squeeze some neck for you. ;) :)

Thanks Jun. They use to fix my Toyota there. Is Phillip still around? I thought they dont install there anymore. ASP are charging me $300.00 for the springs and $300.00 to install without the spring pads. What number are the stock spring pads? Is that how much the labor cost just to install springs?

Yes he's still around. Who gave you the estimate? Actually $300 that includes 4 wheel alignment. check out your stock pads first before going further. I might pass by there tomorrow and let me
see if I can get you a muvh better deal. ;) :)

a thought, does that mean the AMG springs in a C36 are not any lower than stock C220 springs? i thought the diff part would be because they would be slightly lower than a standard c-class h&r spring?

I don't believe that a C36 stock spring would be more lower than a stock spring of C220.

so what do you think is the difference with the C36 stock spring? compared to a standard c-class spring?

i always thought the c36 had AMG springs and bilstein amg shocks?

Yes they do have the AMG springs but as far the height I don't think there is a big difference.

cool thanks for that, i think the AMG springs are a little lower, but i assume that the H&R`s are still lower than the AMG`s

Don't be a puss, use the #1 pad all the way around :)

The main difference bwn C36 springs and the C220/C230 are the spring rates. Basically the C36's are slightly stiffer. I dont think there is much difference in overall height.
