Changing DRLs

Hi, I'm new to club202, and I own a 97 C280. I recently changed my headlights to HID lights, and right now, it turns on even in the day because i have DRL (by law, it's required in Canada). Anyone know how I can switch the DRL from headlights to fog lights? Please tell me if you know how. Thanks!!

I would get the wiring diagrams and look to see how the DRL is intergrated with the lights. It might be as simple as cutting one wire and reconnecting it to the fog or high beam wire.
