weird plastic rubbing nosie comeing from front passanger tire

I was driving at about 60 mph and herd a noise that sounds like plastic squeeking it only does it going over bumps or uneaven roads, steering is a little off, and dosent make the noise at 40 or 80 MPH

few days ago I ran over something

could it be one of the suspension bushes 'creaking'?

make sure what u hit didnt disloadge any of the plastic protection under ur car or in the wheel well, as this is a possibility
