my illuminated door sill stoped working do these normally fail ?

how can i go about gettting another one

there are no oem sills for w202

yes there is not sure but i think its only for the front i called stealership wholesale was 248 or something like that

Check ebay, they are all over the place.

ok here is the problem i checked it out it seems some how on of the wires got cut there are 4 wires 2 black 2 red one of the red wires got cut funny thing is when i put them together i get no light but when i put the seperate i get only half when i test it with a 9 volt battery i get the whole thing lighting up and one of the red wires dose nothing

anyone have a solid understanding of the wireing on these ?


think my best bet is to get the Il strip and replace it
