I have 95 c280.
The AC has been working fine till this afternoon.
since I got back from circuit city to install keyless entry system, I get no cold air.
I was wondering if there is any wiring for ac compressor or similar underneath the driver's side doorstep. (where it says mercedes benz on the chrome)
CC guy did all the wiring for the keyless under the doorstep.
Or is my ac compressor system dead all of sudden.
Please help me.

How's the fuse? If all looks OK, take it back to them as they obviously didn't do something properly. Convenient for them maybe, but not right.

Well I went through some articles and found out a way to run diagnos. using REST buttom.
I found out that number 7 said LO which means the freon is low.
I bought my car on last thursday and AC was working fine. I guess this car has a leak and the dealer just put the freon temporarily. I'll find out what's going on when I go to the AC shop on Monday.

oh yeah when i first bought my car, ac worked fine then it didnt cool so i went to get it checked and the gas canister was leaking so i replaced it....it worked..then my compressor blew (my luck) so i changed it then it blew again so i changed the tubing and the radiator cause they were seriously dirty...what im trying to say AC is very simple very easy to pinpoint a problem
