Is the stealer the only place to get proper alignment?

Sorry, did't give more info.

My car rear passenger side tire is wearing excessively at the inside. The drivers side is OK. I had put 4 new tires 15K mile ago. Forgot to rotate since installed.

To answer your question, no the Dealership is not the only place to get an alignment. I'd try and find someone in your area to recommend you a place.
