noises and bangs

ok im having rattling problems, sometimes i hear a noise (lil less than a bang lil more than a rattle) in the rear end of my car, this happens when i suddenly speed up.....i also hear a "clack" sound from my drivers chair when i speed up or slow down all the time clack clack..how can i fix them cause im going crazy

there are alot of threads about interior noises on this site, search will most likely help you out. as for the clunking noise from the seats, my guess would be they are loose. check the front and rear two bolts at the bottom of the seat(should be torx head) and tighten them if needed.

thanks alot i will check the noise from the sears, the other noises im thinking is suspention related, however that seat is killing me....lots of stops and go's here so i have to get it checked
